Captain Underpants!

My sister and I used to say librarians must be telepathic because they don't want anyone to talk.
Now they are speaking out in favor of these books because like Harry Potter kids like to read them.

They look great! I have a small nephew and I can't wait until he is old enough to read these sort of books!

He also has a picture book series that is hilarious called The Dumb Bunnies. The kids love them and they are great fun to read and look at the pictures of this silly bunny family.

The Dumb Bunnies

Also great is the story Dogbreath: The Horrible Trouble with Hally Tosis.

Thanks!
I know kids who will love them.
A grand daughter and her friends say to unknown guys (not cute enough) "Get lost dog breath".

My son loved "Captain Underpants" when he was little. Every once in awhile he still pulls them out for a reread. And the Lemony Snickets series about the Baudelaire orphans, we read all of them together. A little dark but well written for children and fun for parents with all the literary puns....

highly recommended by an 11 year old and his mom!

Have fun!

I read Captain Underpants...almost all of his adventures to my kids. Now they read them pon their own. I think they are hilarious and make for good reading.
