Gotta go stand in a hot hot shower and wake up more and then go see my first patient of the day.

Tweety - you are a good sport to have meat cooked at your house - I like you.

Sabby - I need you here! Wanna job?

Grace - I need a light book too . .have to check that one out.

oops - gotta go . . .. hi to the rest of ya too!!

LOL Let me ask da man if he wants to move. LOL Of course da man would want a hospice jobbie too darlin'

Netters those pics were delightful and YES he is one handsome little man.

Kolohe in answer to your question yesterday I did see two Specialists and I am so frustrated and left in tears.
NO ONE will order the Esophageal manometry yet.
I have to have labs taken at the time I get the pain so I have hubs set up for this and he will run (well drive) the labs to the hospital.
I really believe that I will have a referral made to Duke Hospital in Raleigh which is a good ways from us but I hear very good things about them.
They are still leaning towards the esophageal spasms so why not do the manometry and see what the pressure is like in the esophagus?? Makes sense to my frustrated brain Thanks for asking it is a saga that has been going on for over 12 months and I am heartely sick of it. Grrrrrrrrrrrr I told the specialist I wished there was something I could do to her to recreate the pain so she could experience it. I bet she would go running to see what she could have done!! Baaaaaaaaaahumbug!!

Oooooooooooo, how very frustrating, Sabby!!
And you're right! If the MD felt what you've been feeling, s/he'd be getting things done a LOT quicker than you have!!!
I hope you get the referral soon.

Yesterday we had a very nice visit with our friends (she's 81, he's 89 -- and he still walks 1.5 miles one way, turns and jogs back home, then spends 8-9 hr per day in his workshop [he's a luthier').
We played a little music for them --- that's how we met: we were invited to play with them and some other ppl from church, at their barn party.
Good times.
We watched a DVD of their grandson, now 20, playing classical guitar. GORGEOUS music!!

Work was hectic in the morning, thankfully slowing down in the afternoon.

I came home w/a little headache, which is d/t the time change, I'm sure.
I SO dislike the time changes each year!!
I'm just not 'myself' for the next week!

I know: griping and grumbling won't change it!

Quiet evening tonite (and puter is pretty stable).

Good to see you all, BBL!

Good evening all.

I'm on my last leg . .. . .made grilled tri-tip for dinner and now I'm ready to hit the hay.

My husband just left for an interview - a local job that would keep him in the valley. We prayed that God would be in control and if this was the job He wants my dh to have . . . . then so be it.

Dianah - I love guitar music . . all kinds. Another thing I really need to do is find a music teacher for Danny.

My mind is fuzzy - heading to bed.

I told my self that I will not think but I could not stop my self.... is how I am and refuse to change my self!

She is how she is because she is ZUZI......
Is not tru at all!
Zuzi name dosen't count at all, never counted too much, if she dosen't bring a change in good, a relief in good or a little hapiness with her name...and I will tell you a story a truly story from the real Zuzi life.

Zuzi and her family didn't had flu vaccine and at this time are not any
reserves available here. And I look at me in the mirror, ME ZUZI, the nurse that advices others to took flu shots, Zuzi dosen't have vaccine for her and her family and she was the same like all others to dr office, public health, pharmacies.... and the response was the same....WE RUN OUT OF FLU SHOTS! In a county where the danger for flu is iminent, WE RUN OUT OF FLU SHOT!

And now is about ZUZI and how ZUZI is!
What is happen now my darling....IS A MESS!
You could not come to tell me A NURSE, that you ran out of flu vac THIS IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENCE! RUN OUT IS NOT A WORD to use !
Is bad public health management, is a danger for people health security!

How many of you just like curiosity went to pharmacy to see how many people ask for flu vac.
Did you see how many kidos are NOT have fluvac????

Told me that you ran out of flu vac and you don't know when is coming is a threat against public health,a danger for our safety is against any moral and ethic norms of safety and health care.

And yes I speak out because I could have these damn vaccines YESTERDAY but I choosed to do it like all others, because I belived in good public health management in a crisis situation...but it seems that is not... AT ALL!

We need to do it good for our kids.

I Zuzi, a foreign RN, I try and tried always to protect you-my patient and treat you as best I could, but when I ZUZi, the RN, I need care (if you don't belive I am human also, lol), who take care of me, when I am sick and tired.... who protect my family?

I am sick about this mess and about this self centreated attitude "I am ok, my family is ok...I don't care about others"

YOU - public health of CAlifornia, you are not OK at all... WE ARE not ok... we need much more doses of that damn flushot vaccine enough for all people... damn it...is so hard to understand???? Are a looot of kids without vaccine, lot of seniors.... We need it now until we will don't pay the price for our gready!

Go on the streets and talk with peope BEFORE to play money think!
