Having trouble creating/resizing pics for an avatar?

This little tool is helpful if you find a pic that you must have as an avatar....but can't use it because it is too large. A free download from the Net...which then places an icon on your desktop. Run your pic thru this easy program, resize it, then upload your pic to our board as a new avatar. I use it all the time. Very, very handy.

(Side Note: Please do not place facial pics of you or loved ones as an avatar on the board. Our board is accessed world wide. Please protect your anonymity. Thanks.)
