Yep, it's getting late here in the east.

sirI, I'm with Netters.......I am not in the mood for that yet.

Maybe I'm grumpy because the humidity has really risen today. I'm thinking of turning on the air conditioner, it's 79 degrees but feels like it's 90 because of the humidity. sheesh.....

Yeah, know what you mean, Tweets. It's been kinda that way here, too. It's been rather cool, but today, the humidity is out there. Hate it.

This is for you..............

Well - Saturday night used to mean party night.

Not anymore. Now a good Saturday night is early to bed and get a good night's sleep.

It was cold but sunny all day - supposed to be another storm headed our way.

Put some more wood on the fire and head in to read to Danny. Sounds good to me.

Did you ever say what book you're reading to Danny?

I'm at the oldest boys and we've started tearing up his bathroom already. We've removed the pocket door. Now we're going to make a plan and then a material list. (I know, most people would have made a plan BEFORE they started "ripping and tearing".

Good night!

Steph, one of the 'older' ladies from church advised me how to de-fruit a pomegranate:

Fill a large pot (or similar water-holding receptacle) with water.
Immerse the pomegranate in the water, slice to get a start on getting under the skin and then 'go at it,' removing all the seeds/fruit while it's under the water.
No squirts/mess on you! (water will turn red, however!)
I tried it and

Finished the shoot (sorry, it's for broadcast on LLBN, not for a DVD or CD for sale, Steph ), then joined most of the group for a light supper and chat.

Just got in and am READY TO GO TO BED!! Am tired!

Dh and I are helping a friend w/music at his church tomorrow.
He's the Music Minister, and usually has a group of us who regularly jam together come help w/music the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Otherwise, tomorrow is the usual: laundry and grocery store!

WOOT!! Only three days of work next week!! (wanna bet the stars align to produce five days' worth of work, to be done in three???? Any takers??? )

G'night to all!

My daughter uses a clean hemostat to get the seeds out.
You right from the fruit into her mouth.
