Uniform Catalog

Hello all!
I hope someone out there can help me. I had found a uniform catalog that had some really cool things in it, but alas before I could order my husband threw it out and I do not remember the name. It had a uniform camp shirt that was tropical flowers the one in the picture was a bright green with white flowers and with capris pants. It had scrubs made from hemp a beige color. It also had some dresses some uniform some not. It had also some candles and gifty things but it was primarily uniforms and I do remember the cover had more traditional scrub tops. Has anyone seen this catalog? Could you tell me the name and maybe a web page?
