I think McCain should have to apologize for this vitriolic and devisive statement made by Cheney. After all, he has not denounced Cheney yet, and of course he's guilty of association, just like Obama/Wright.

Just kidding, of course.

When asked about the effects of rising US troop death toll on America, Cheney replied,"They were all volunteers". I guess that must make it OK.

He also went on to say that Bush has the greatest burden to bear , does he excuse himself?

Well, since so many Americans fell for that trick when he used it to help get the Iraq war started, you can hardly blame him for figuring there's a good chance it will work to get a war started in Iran, too ...
