Why Rush Limbaugh Should Not Be Allowed to Own/Manage the St. Louis Rams...or anything else having to do with the NFL:

Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it.

Along with getting fired from Mon Night Football for a questionably racist comment about Donovan McNabb success as a quarterback and being black.....

I'm not surprised that some would try to make this about Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. It was not about them, and trust me nobody dropped him because Al Sharpton criticized them. It was about Rush and what a hateful bigot he has been for many years now. The players didn't want to play for him and the fans didn't want him to have any part of their team. So off he goes and good riddance. Who would have thought that words have consequences?

Rush doesn't get the bad press he gets because he's white.
He gets it because acts like a jerk.

Can't think of even one reason why either Sharpton or Jackson need to comment on this issue...OH, wait, they want it to be about them...just like all the other things they attend. I'm sure the NFL and the players and the fans could speak for themselves. Instead, Sharpton and Jackson do it, and make it a bigger brou-ha-ha than it needs to be.

i truly believe that sharpton and jackson, both feel duly qualified in acting as spokesmen on behalf of the aa population.
and limbaugh's words are coming back to bite him.

*shrug*
seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Feh! Limbaugh has been playing the race card in service to his ratings since the beginning of his career. Now, all of a sudden, Sharpton and Jackson are the problem?? Nope, not buyin' it.

It's a brouhaha because Limbaugh does not want to take responsibility for the choices he's made to further his career and is stunned to find out that words mean things.

Got nothing to do with either reverend, IMHO.

steph
there are 2 videos to click on, part 1 and part 2.
the first video is 12 mins long, but i stopped when it was approaching 4 mins, since the interview hadn't even begun...just a bunch of sensationalized babble.

and so i need to ask, steph, what specifically is interesting?
is it on part 1 or part 2?
help me out please - what are we focusing on?
at least tell us where the interview begins, link 1 or link 2?
