Another Duke Rape Case

by Pierrette Premium Member

The mainstream media is apparently not concerned about this Duke rape case.

"It seems that there are classes of people the mainstream media deems necessary to protect. Gays, Muslims, and racial minorities are among them. Suffocating stories that contain inconvenient truths is a dangerous practice."

Oh that poor baby . . . .

"In the chat transcript, “F.L.” is asked how he got access to a child so young. “Adopted,” he replied, and said that the process was “not so hard … esp (sic) for a black boy.”
In the chat, “F.L.” told Palchak that abusing the child was “easier when he was too young to know what was happening and when he couldn’t talk …He had a little too much Benadryl. Was knocked out.”"

I think we need a mandatory life sentence for anyone convicted of a sex crime against a child under 12. No access to any child ever again.
Duke U. Official Caught in Alleged Child Sex Sting

Official Accused of Offering Adopted 5-Year-Old Son for SexThe informant said, according to court papers, that Lombard, who is white, said that he lived in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina and that the child was one of two adopted African-Americans in his custody.

Protection means REAL protection...not only words in the wind, are A LOT of twisted minds around, and if you look at them it not seems to be. BUT they are! No one will come to tell you I am a bad one! But they are!
Society accept them like a reality...how much control is on this type of "reality". NON, Nada! Personal privacy! Well....

Yes, you could be right. I don't think that pedophilia can be cured. The folks who do it are obviously really sick puppies and need to be kept away from society for good.

Furthermore, depending on the nature of the crime, I wouldn't rule out the death penalty for some cases.

We had a case in the news recently in Australia where a man had some friends over for a football game and one of those 'friends' was found molesting his son in his bedroom, by the man, who proceeded to beat the %&(#$*# out of him, in anger and shock no doubt.

The dad had the book thrown at him by a judge who stated that, while paedophiles almost always have to do jail time for committing this type of crime, in this case it was 'extenuating circumstances' because the father committed the crime of severely assaulting him (he needed facial/jaw surgery or something). The paedophile, who admitted he committed this crime, apparently isn't doing any time in jail. For some reason, he has become the victim.

I often wonder how these overly liberal judges sleep at night .....

If he needed to make an example of the father's actions, why couldn't they have both been punished? Seems very odd to me ..

you know, while i am generally against death penalty, i admit that i am extremely uncomfortable w/my violent thoughts towards these perps...
it is very unsettling to realize what one/i may be capable of.

I think it's completely natural for good people to try and defend the helpless (in this case children) and sometimes violence is required.

I hope, neither one of us find ourselves having to make such a choice.
