Michael Jackson's Kids

by Spidey's mom allnurses Guide

I admit to watching 20/20 last night - about Michael Jackson. It started with questions about whether his kids are biologically HIS kids.

http://abcnews.go.com/2020/

I know - gossip. Bad girl.

"Some mysteries may never to be solved. Who killed JFK? Where’s Jimmy Hoffa? What’s up with the Bermuda Triangle?
But the world inched closer yesterday to a possible answer to a mystery that has stumped some of the keenest gossip minds for more than a decade: Who fathered Michael Jackson’s children?"

We don't need to know. Don't really know what they look like.
After they are adults they MAY choose to go on TV or such and tell their story. And then maybe they won't.

It would take DNA testing to know for sure. Why should we care?

Exactly, the fact that they are here and have lost the only father and parent that they've known is quite enough for me.

I often wonder since they are older if they watch coverage like this, and if they have how devastating it must be to hear things like this for the first time. Michael's obvious love and dedication for those kids is even something I think the media will be incapable of smearing.

i truly believe this is the one area we shouldn't be talking about.
his love and dedication to them, shouldn't have to be defended, nevermind questioning his status of father.
i can't think of anything crueler, than his kids hearing/reading garbage like this.

Way TMI ... I think the media and, indirectly, we should leave those kids alone to grow up as best they can.

Of course, a positive thought and mebbe a little candle couldn't hurt.

I would like to second the comments regarding questioning Michael's parentage of these children. Whether or not he was their biological father is irrelevant. He was their father just like the parents of adoptees are the real parents.

MJ is listed on the kids' birth certificates as the father. So no matter who might come out of the woodwork and claim otherwise or demand a DNA test for proof legally can't challenge the parentage. According to California law, Jackson is the father, case closed. At least that's what all the attorneys I've listened to have said.

As far as what the kids look like, TV has started showing photos of them unveiled. They are really cute. I hope they don't get screwed up by all this.

I just think credit should be given where credit is due. Regardless of the previous allegations - no one can dispute that this man was a fabulous singer, dancer and entertainer. For his artistry, he was one of a kind, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. I am grieving the loss of a major crush that I had back in the 80's - when Micheal was Michael.

His children, well, I agree with the previous poster, regardless of DNA, he was these children's father - and like any children who lose a parent, they must be grief stricken - and I pray that they come through this with an understanding of the icon that their father was, despite his troubles in later years.

As far as MJ being guilty of charges brought against him, I have no opinion. If they were true, then I think the man was very sick - but it doesn't change the artist in him. His death is a great loss in that respect.

I pray that his children get through by family encircling them with love.

Blessings
