Sarah Palin caught "cheating" at Tea Party

Sarah using crib notes to get through an interview.

She can now honestly claim that she knows her facts like the back of her hand.

This would probably be a non-issue if she hadn't just mocked Obama for using the teleprompter when he gives speeches.

The takeaway is that this presidential contender apparently can't remember her supposed core principles and needs a cheat-sheet when simply asked about her beliefs.

Notes during a speech is not cheating.

Using a teleprompter during a speech is not cheating.

Enough, already.

Yeah, if it was . . . then power points would be outlawed and I'd be happy!!! (Hate power points)

As a nurse, I've written things on my hands or paper towels when I've been in a patient's room and have no access to the chart. Sometimes I forget my clipboard when I go into patient's homes and I write their vitals on the Allevyn dressing package.

Not cheating.

not cheating??
then what is the big freaking deal about obama and a teleprompter?

geez...
you're right, heron.
"intellectual honesty" and all that horse crap.

leslie

eta: agreed, neither is cheating.
and if anyone is to be "intellectually honest", obama is a gifted orator, with or w/o a teleprompter.

Just found this on a FB friend's wall.

Evidently Palin had "hi mom" on her hand at an event the previous day.

Ha ha! I remember reading on AN that paper towels are Hospital Stationery. I use them all the time to write vitals or wound measurements.

Yeah, me too! Especially in L&D . . . Afterwards the doc and I would be charting and looking over my notes on numerous paper towels.

"What time was the placenta out?" . . . . "What time did you give Pitocin?".

She has a couple of notes on her hand....
Obama tends to read every word off the teleprompter.
That's just a little different.

Intellectual honesty??

Sarah Palin is the keynote speaker at our logging conference today - the tickets for the first speech sold out so fast that she added a second one.

I love our logging conference - we've taken our kids almost every year. They get to climb all over the logging equipment and trucks and watch the ax throwing and chainsaw carving contests. The food is fun and good too - like a county fair.

We couldn't get tickets to hear Sarah because I work today and my husband is at a conference in Sac.

I think notes on the hand are different than the teleprompter too - the person who took the photo is doing the "tit for tat" thing that Tweety hates so much. But I don't think the "tit" equals the "tat" in this case. He is reaching . . .
